student development AND engagement

Student development and engagement are essential components of Student Affairs, which focuses on supporting and enhancing the overall student experience in higher education.

Student development involves the progress of students in various areas, such as academic, personal, social, and professional domains, leading to well-rounded growth. Student engagement is the term used to describe when students play an active role in their own learning and campus community.

Our unit is dedicated to offering students ample chances to explore their interests, enhance their skills, and conquer any obstacles they encounter, whether within or outside the academic environment. The degree of motivation, connection, and dedication toward education is what sets engaged students apart. These students achieve better academic results, remain committed until graduation, and enjoy a fulfilling college experience.
