Message from Director

Welcome to Academic Advisement!

We always look forward to assisting our new and current ASU students.

In the Academic Advisement Center, students will find skilled and knowledgeable Academic Advisors, a wealth of University information (especially for first year students), information for all the Major Colleges, University forms/documents and five student computer stations.

In addition, all students have constant access to Academic Advisors who provide essential academic support services, especially to first year students. Advisors play a major role in guiding students through their first year at ASU to ensure a successful first year experience.

Academic Advisors also assist our current students with various support services, campus referrals and locating their assigned Academic Advisors at ASU.

Our most important and valuable academic support services are advisement, registration assistance, monitoring students’ academic progress and making referrals to campus staff and campus resources.

Students, parents, staff and visitors are always welcome to visit the Academic Advisement Center located in Paterson Hall, Room 228. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
