The Office of Institutional Research (OIR) encourages and supports the use of institutional data, analysis, and research for decision making to support Alabama State University's mission. Please refer to reports and resources on the OIR Data Page to determine if needed data has already been published and shared before submitting a data request.

It is important for requests to be submitted as far in advance as possible to ensure the OIR team has sufficient time to complete the request. Depending on the nature of the request, processing time can take two weeks or longer. Please submit your request at least 10 days prior to the date you need the data. Data requests are prioritized according to institutional needs and policies, and certain data requests may require additional approval.
