b For students who have not previously satisfied the special education requirement, a general survey course in special education (three semester hours) is required for all graduate students entering Ed.S. programs beginning fall of 1979. Humanistic and Behavioral Studies will be increased to nine semester hours for students having completed the special education requirement.
