Alabama State University’s Public Information Office assists members of the media in their coverage of the university, its activities and programs, students, faculty and staff. The Public Information Office markets and promotes news stories and story ideas, distributes official university press releases and manages ASU’s relationships with local, regional and national news media. Members of the news media who wish to conduct on-campus interviews, gather official university statements or find a faculty expert must contact the Public Information Office for assistance.
