Alabama State University’s BFA/Dance Program will host its Fall Dance Concert on October 12-14, 2022, at 7 p.m. nightly at ASU’s Leila Barlow Theatre.
The concert showcases high-caliber, diverse and technically proficient dance artists from ASU’s professors James Atkinson Jr., Leonard Foust and Jerome Stigler. They will perform in the areas of ballet, modern as foundational techniques, as well as African, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Ballet.
Tickets are $12 general admission, $10 for a group of 10 or more and $6 for ASU
students. Tickets can be purchased online at ticketreturn.com and at the Box Office
an hour prior to the show.
There also will be matinee performances for students in public and private high schools. School groups must reserve seats by September 30, 2022. Tickets are $5 per student. Chaperones and drivers are admitted free of charge at the rate of one for every 10 paid students.
