Why Simply Voting for ASU?

Simply Voting is a web-based online voting system that ASU has used for the past several student-run elections, because the company provides secure and reliable elections.

When the university realized that it would be unable to reopen due to COVID-19, we wanted to ensure that students, especially those candidates who not only met their educational, financial and behavioral obligations to the university, but also had created resources and spent personal funds to seek either an office within SGA or on the 2020-2021 Miss ASU and Royal Court, still had a fair and transparent manner to run and campaign.

Several weeks of planning have gone into working with representatives at Simply Voting. To learn more about the company and how it continues to assist thousands of clients (including a host of colleges and universities), then please visit:

The university also wants to be clear, that in no way, shape or form, can it manipulate the outcome of the election. Because Simply Voting manages the election, none of our university’s servers will be used to maintain any portion of the election. Once the election is over on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, Simply Voting will tally all of the votes, provide the university with the outcome in writing and a data analytics report.
