“The Pilot” Student Handbook

“The Pilot” is the official student handbook for Alabama State University students. This document communicates important information about your rights as a student. It details policies and procedures related to governance of student life on and off campus. Student Discipline/Code of Conduct

The Student Discipline/Code of Conduct contains important information about procedures and student rights in case of misconduct.


Title IX Grievances

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. Learn more about ASU's enforcement of Title IX policies  or file a grievance by completing the Online Incident Reporting Form.

Discrimination & Harassment Policy

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)
