DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. HALL

Bearing the name of a civil rights legend, this five-story contemporary property built in 1990 houses 212 First-year Freshmen males in suite-style units with bathrooms. The 64,500 square-foot building features study rooms, a large recreation and social area located in the basement, a newly renovated digital laundry facility, and wireless Internet connections. MLK hall is located in the central part of campus convenient to classes, dining, the football stadium and the Acadome. This is a great place to experience all that campus life has to offer.

GEORGE  N. CARD HALL

Built in 1962 and beautifully restored in 2009, this historic four-story property is an all-suite facility that houses 118 First-year Freshmen males, with a designated Honors wing for those Presidential Scholarship recipients. It was named after George N. Card, ASU president from 1873 to 1878. Contemporary conveniences and tasteful finishes complement this facility which features elevators, year-round climate control, laundry, and study rooms on each floor with wireless Internet connections available for all residents.

CJ DUNN TOWER

Built in 1994, C.J. Dunn Tower is an 11-story brick and stucco building that provides housing for 480 First-year Freshmen females. The 114,419 square-foot building features suite-style living accommodations with bathrooms and a newly renovated digital laundry facility conveniently located in the basement. This residence unit is located next to the Fred Shuttlesworth Dining Hall. Wireless Internet connections are available for residents. Dunn Tower sits directly across from the University Center and in the middle of the east campus dorms.

BESSIE E. ESTELLE HALL

This 65,000 square-foot, five-story residence hall which was built in 1990 is a contemporary property that houses 212 First-year Freshmen females in suite-style accommodations with bathrooms. Each floor features study rooms, while a large recreation and social area is located in the basement, adjacent to the newly renovated digital laundry facility. BESSIE BENSON HALL

First opened in 1972 and elegantly restored in 2009, this residence hall is designed for 141 upper-class females. Contemporary conveniences and fantastic finishes complement this facility which features year-round climate control, laundry, study rooms on each floor, and wireless Internet connections. This facility is immaculately maintained and cleaned. Bessie Benson appeals to those students who desires the finer details.

BIBB GRAVES HALL

This historic building, originally built in 1928, was magnificently restored in 2008. Featuring 25 suite-style residences, this property is home to 135 upper-class females, with a designated Honors wing for those First-Year Presidential Scholarship recipients. Amenities in this 37,640 square-foot campus landmark include a computer lab, a laundry room on each floor and study rooms on each floor, with wireless Internet connections available

JOHN W. ABERCROMBIE

Originally opened in 1947 and beautifully restored in 2008, this historic three-story property is an all-suite facility that houses 129 male students. Contemporary conveniences and fantastic finishes complement this unit which features elevators, year-round climate control, laundry and study rooms on each floor with wireless Internet connections available for residents. Each suite has two bedrooms, which include beds, study desks, rocking chairs, wardrobes, couch, and television stand

Built in 2011 and located on the east side of the campus, this four-story, contemporary co-ed residence provides living spaces for 250 students. The hall has single and double bedroom layouts for upper-class male and female students. This building features suite-style accommodations with bathrooms, study rooms, food preparation areas, and wireless Internet connections. Large, brand new laundry facilities are located on the first floor. Technically equipped conference rooms, study rooms, and other amenities are also available

WILEASE S. SIMPSON HALL

Simpson Hall provides accommodations to returning male students. Sitting atop one of the campus knolls, this 4 and ½ story brick property was built in 1966. Simpson has one of the largest student community rooms on campus, with wireless connections available for residents. A separate ground-floor entrance provides access to ASU’s Health Center. This Hall is unique in that there is 1 individual to a room offering the ultimate in privacy. Located centrally on campus, Simpson Hall provides easy access to the Student Center, classes, and the library/media center.
